"My stay at the hotel over the weekend was excellent! The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the pool area was well-kept with an amazing view of the ocean. The buffet food was delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I also loved that convenient stores, bars, and restaurants were within walking distance, which made everything even easier. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!"
"We stayed at Viaggio for 9 nights, in a Deluxe Double Room with Ocean View. The view was amazing! The resort is very lively with music playing all day-long and lots of families. The pools were busy and all the chairs were reserved, way before the pools opened. Impossible to find a chair. The hotel was very clean and smelled good I saw the janitors cleaning the floors regularly during our stay. The housekeeping lady was excellent. We didn't choose the all-inclusive option and don't regret it as there are many good restaurants at a walking distance of the hotel. Carlos, the concierge, booked a private Tequila Tour for us. It was one of our best days visiting El Quelite and La Noria. Viaggio is very well located and we felt very safe in that area at all times. "
