The Space:

This 1,400 sq ft of space is on the top floor of a 3-story apartment building in the ever-so-charming LE PLATEAU neighborhood. You'll have a wonderful private balcony overlooking Avenue Mont-Royal, which will be the highlight of your stay. The apartment is perfect for friends, groups or remote workers, as you’ll be within walking distance of everything you need.

You're just 5 minutes from La Fontaine and Sir-Wilfried-Laurier Parks (great for morning walks with pets!) and walking distance to the famous Saint-Denis Street and Saint-Laurent Boulevard.

Getting Around:
Metro:
The nearest metro station is about 700 meters (0.4 miles) away. The apartment is 22.4 km (14 miles) or roughly a 25-minute drive (Uber) from Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL).

Bike:
Renting a bike will allow you to discover each of Plateau-Mont-Royal’s bike paths. Choose a regular or electric BIXI and take advantage of the borough’s numerous paths, including the Saint-Denis Street bike path and the Rachel Street bike path. The latter links the Mount Royal, Jeanne-Mance, and La Fontaine Parks. It’s easy to rent a regular or electric bike from the many stations along the way.

Parking:
If you’re parking on the street, make sure to check the signs carefully. Paid parking is usually on main roads like Avenue Mont-Royal. Most of the side streets nearby are for permit holders only. You can buy a permit for $8 per 24 hours by entering the code PMR02 at any parking kiosk — just remember to put the permit on your dashboard.

This apartment is in a classic older building, typical of Montreal’s Plateau-Mont-Royal neighborhood — which is what makes it so appealing . It’s not a modern condo, but its authentic character and original details make it special. The windows are traditional guillotine style, and the floors have natural variations that add to the building’s charm. The unit is well-maintained and professionally cleaned, with effective heating and added window insulation during colder months to keep you comfortable.

Group Stays: We manage all the units in this building and can host up to 35 guests across 5 apartments on 2 floors. If you’re travelling with a large group, reach out for a personalized offer.

Parking: Street parking requires attention to signs. Paid parking is usually on main roads like Avenue Mont-Royal, while most side streets are permit-only. You can buy a permit for $8 per 24 hours by entering the code PMR02 at any parking kiosk. Please display the permit on your dashboard. We are not responsible for parking fines or tickets.

Certifications and Taxes: The apartment is certified by the Corporation de l'industrie Touristique du Québec. GST and QST taxes are included in the price. Business travelers can request an invoice for tax purposes.

Essentials Provided: We supply some basics for your arrival: trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and dish soap. These are not replenished, so if you run out, you can get more from any grocery shop or pharmacy.

House Rules:
- You must be 18+ to book our awesome apartment.
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. You’ll need to climb two flights of stairs.
- If you travel with children, please keep an eye on them in common areas and stairs.
- We’ll ask you to sign a Rental Agreement acknowledging the house rules when you confirm your booking.
- You might be asked for an ID at check-in or during your stay.
- Only the guests listed in your reservation should stay overnight.
- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary hold will be placed as a security deposit for damages and released after check-out (Not applicable for ABB).
- No smoking inside, please. Smoking, drugs, or illegal activities aren’t allowed and could lead to a fine.
- Keep noise to a respectful level after 10 pm — the neighborhood has plenty of nightlife nearby if you want to keep the party going!
- To help us keep the community happy, the apartment has a noise sensor (no recording). There’s also a smoke detector. Please don’t tamper with these.
- You’re responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs if needed.
- Pets are welcome with prior approval, but must stay off furniture. No fee, but extra cleaning charges may apply if needed.
- Please leave your shoes at the door to keep the floors clean and prevent water damage (especially when it rains or snows).
- Candles, incense, or anything with open flames are strictly prohibited anywhere in the property.

Great space for a family of 5 adults! The neighborhood is excellent - so much to do and close to Metro. There are many steep stairs to climb so I would not suggest this spot for folks with mobility issues. But it was perfect for us!

Family weekend visit to the city. This property is as advertised....great location for local activities and central to whole city. Apt is functional, set up for a lot of visitors, but focused on sleeping space. Clean and complete. Check in uneventful.

The location is excellent, and it was quieter at night than I expected. Parking is a hassle, but that’s understandable given it’s situated in a bustling part of the city. The only drawback is that there’s an odd smell when the heater is on, which could be improved. Overall, our whole family really enjoyed staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was so convenient - lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Apartment was well appointed with the necessities. Only complaints - towels and shower curtain were pretty worn, no lamps/side tables in bedrooms, balcony covered with pigeon droppings and obviously not cleaned making it unusable. Apartment was very large and comfortable. Really good communication from Pablo. Would highly recommend.

good location rooms were clean, the neighborhood was convenient for restaurants, and parking always available to us on the street, The only negative was that I knew it was on the third floor but didn't know it was one long set of steps (35 steps) to the floor we stayed on...lol I'm glad I have been doing cardio at the gym to be able to do the steps

Check-in process more complicated than most VRBOs. Ad says parking available, so we were suprised to find out we needed to pay to park on the street. Rental location however was great and unit amenities were very good for our family of 5 vacation. Cleanliness was average.

This was a perfect location for our family of six. We had enough space to spread out and loved the location. Never had any trouble finding street parking and easily figured out the permit. Took full advantage of the washer and dyer right outside the door.

I'd originally booked at a different apartment in this complex with a balcony, but was contacted by the owner on the day of arrival that there were maintenance issues and we were offered this unit instead. It was just as described. Check-in was straightforward and I appreciated that they sent photos of the unit and entrance access codes. Unit was clean and cooled with a/c when arriving. Owner was quick to answer questions. Loved that it was dog-friendly! The units were very quiet and in a great city location.

Our stay was comfortable enough, although the separate room was very small and cramped! The collection of dishes was random, but we managed. The best thing about this place was the location! That made up for any inconvenience due to not having a dish we needed or the cramped separate room. We had a great time!

Ten members of my family stayed here for 6 days. It is located in a very walkable area of Montreal. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to a grocery store. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There are pots and pans as well. There's chairs and tables as well as bar stools allowing 8 to eat at a time. There's a washing machine and dryer right in the hallway. There's parking scattered around the city. It's just hit or miss if you'll find a free spot or a spot that you have to pay a few dollars a day to use. This was a convenient place for my family to stay and enjoy Montreal. It was also pet friendly.
