"We have never been to the Catskills before and i found this place and I am so glad I did. This house is on a very quiet dead-end street and across the street was the lake. It was just so peaceful and relaxing. The house was very comfortable and clean. We loved waking home or coming home to find deer in the yard. They are like pets. Not afraid of us at all. "We had a very nice stay at this property. The views were absolutely stunning and the ambience and quiet were just what we were looking for. The outdoor sitting area overlooking the view was outstanding. We had some issues with the lights not working in the main bedroom, trouble using the shower in the main bedroom and that the pool is only heated with additional payment. "We had a wonderful stay at Joel's place. Joel is great with communication and quickly responded to any questions. The home is very clean, beds are comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed barbecuing on the deck. Didn't get to use the fire pit as it was a bit too chilly to sit out at night. Hopefully can do that next time. We would love to come back again!"

"The proximity to Bethel Woods for a concert makes this an ideal place to stay if seeing a show. The property is right on the lake and there is a lovely porch to sit and have coffee and drinks and watch the hummingbirds flutter by. There is a dock with lounges and kayaks available. "Gary was a wonderful host who welcomed us to this cabin, right on the Lake, with a pizza and good old fashioned hospitality. We were tired from our travels and had a huge load of washing to do and Gary was very accommodating and helpful in allowing us to use nearby facilities. The cabin is rustic and enjoyable to be in. Great reclining couch chairs. Gary had set a fire for us too, such a great guy. The juke box was fun to play and listen to some fantastic music and we also visited the nearby...

"This is was clean, roomie, comfortable beds with nice pillows and bedding, comfy chic furniture, kitchen equipped (no toaster tho'), bathroom (could use more hand towels), pleasant environment place to stay. Couldn't quite figure out the TV but not tech savvy so sure others would be able to. Maybe some better directions printed out? The decking and grill could us a little work but the privacy setting of that area was wonderful. Saw families of deer meandering through, large winged birds flying...

"Amazing relaxing. We came my husband and I and 3 kids. 15,12, and 4. Wish we went alone. It was just so relaxing. The views were amazing. The lake is everything. Even thought it was super cold we got to take the boat out. It’s just everything as described. Would be perfect for a romantic getaway."
