The room, the pool, etc. were incredibly comfortable and relaxing, but what really made it great was the staff. Mike, the owner, and his crew were phenomenal. They helped us out in numerous ways, including arranging tours, taxis, and massages. It was a genuine pleasure to get to know them. I would gladly go back again, and again. "

The owner, Mike, lacked in communication, multiple attempts to contact for confirmation, checking in and directions was frustrating. 40 mins prior our arrival he notified me via VRBO messaging that our room wasn’t available and moved us to a comparable room. This was extremely disappointing as the room we booked 3 months in advance was more private, had upgraded features (such as outdoor showers, larger bathroom and a...
