The check in process wasn't smooth and there was no information in the place about wifi code, where to put garbage, etc. The layout of the place was vey disconnected which is not conducive for a family with young children. "J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit. C'est en pleine nature, on peut y voir beaucoup d'animaux. Les équipements sont un peu rustiques, mais ça donne un vibe plus authentique. J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à jaser avec Jim (le propriétaire), c'est un homme fascinant, il semble un peu rough, mais est une bonne personne. La route pour s'y rendre à partir de Montezuma est un chemin de terre, mais était en très bon état (janvier). Il y a de bons petits restaurants à 5-10 minutes a pied de l'hotel."

"Everything about this stay was a 10. The front desk checked me in early. Gave me an upgrade so i can put my stuff down. The person at breakfast was so nice. The General manager Warren greeted me as I was leaving to thank me for staying there. Really a very positive experience. I would def come back again"
