Struttura ben mantenuta, con giardino e piscina padrona di casa di bella presenza e sempre disponibile. Prima colazione buona. Parcheggio interno chiuso ideale per chi viaggia in moto.

Magnificent environment and excellent facilities. Very friendly staff despite language barrier. Cute resident dog too.

Struttura splendida e ben curata, camere pulite. Secondo me da migliorare i servizi della camera (frigo bar, acqua, bicchieri, bollitore ecc..., l'arredo e la qualità della colazione, magari integrata da prodotti locali. Comunque soddisfatto!!

B&B med dejlig have og pool. Morgenmaden er en croissant, kage, yogurt og frugt. Vi betalte ikke forud og blev bedt om at betale kontant da de ikke tager kredit kort på stedet hvilket betød at vi måtte til centrum for at finde en hæveautomat. Fik et godt familieværelse. Fungerede fint for os til 2 overnatninger undervejs på vores ferie. Der er indkøbs center 900 meter fra steder.

Bra pool, ok för en övernattning
Vi var på genomresa och använde endast rummet för att sova och poolen. Vi valde boendet så att barnen skulle få bada. Badmössor ska användas. Vi hade av misstag bokat ett 3 bäddsrum, fast vi är 2 vuxna och 2 barn. På bokningen står det frukost för 4. Märkligt att en bokning för 4 går igenom i ett trippelrum. Nu blev det lite trångt.

Goed: - Ruime schone kamer met eigen badkamer - Heerlijk ontbijt in de mooie tuin - Parkeren op eigen, afgesloten terrein. Wel zo rustig als je een volbepakte auto hebt. - Fijn zwembad Minder goed: - We moesten voor iedereen de paspoorten inleveren, ondanks dat we al hadden betaald.

Op het laatste moment geboekt en absoluut geen spijt van gehad. Prachtig zwembad en redelijk goed ontbijt met lekkere koffie. Het ligt voor het oog op een bedrijven terrein, maar volledig achter een muur en een poort. Binnen en kwartier ben je (met de auto) op het (drukke) strand van Montesilvano.

Beautiful b&b But on a strange locaties
Villa Maria is a Beautiful b&b . The owners are Nice. They gave the kids an extra room and No extra payment. WoW!!! Rooms are big and beautifull. But they didnt tell us the pool was closed. Thats Why we booked This place. Kids are dissappointed!!!! The b&b is really private But is located on area with only companys and bussines. For diner or a supermarket you have to go in the car and drive minutes. Showers and coffeemachine were also nasty.
