「Pros: Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und war immer zu erreichen. Sie hat uns auch immer ihre Hilfe angeboten, falls etwas nicht in Ordnung sein sollte. Die Lage war sehr abgelegen und ruhig. Somit war ein erholsamer Urlaub möglich. An dem schönen Pool konnte man entspannt die Gegend genießen.」

「Relais Sant’Elena is the perfect retreat after the go-go-go of city travel - a peaceful, sanctuary to slow down and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The food was unbelievable: farm-to-fork in the truest sense, simple cooking done perfectly at both breakfast and dinner. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back! Highly recommend, especially for a convenient place to stay before flying out of the Pisa airport.」

「Struttura in un ex convento di suore stupendo medievale nei minimi particolari dalle porte alle maniglie alle luci interne e esterne un luogo di pace e serenità in mezzo alla natura . Il proprietario Sig. Antonello molto molto gentile e disponibile fiero giustamente della sua struttura consiglia posti dove cenare e luoghi dove fare del turismo a corto raggio . Consigliato anche per bikers xchè ha un bel parcheggio interno lontano dalla strada anche se poco trafficata . 」
