The hotel is located a short walk from the center of Florence. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much for them. "Great hotel to visit Florence. Very clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and right in front of a train stop that takes you to florence center in 10 minutes. Close to a grocery store, a mall and restaurants as well."

"Very confusing house rules especially around the pool and who can use it and what times. No soundproofing between rooms. Nights 2 and 3 I could hear exactly what what happening next door. Huge property and very easy to get lost in but ok once you figure out your usual routes. Not a huge fan of self check in and check out, I like the human connection to a property, but I suppose that will suit some people... Room clean, but shows signs of previous water damage in both the bedroom the entrenched...
