"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. "Celebrated my Mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is adding to the posting that food is additional and not part of staff cost as well as suggested 15% gratuity based on price of rental so people know up front prior to booking."

"Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!"

"For some of us, this was our second time staying at the villa. We loved it some much we brought a bigger group on this trip. In a group of ten we all felt comfortable, with many nooks along the property, there’s plenty of space for alone time and group activities. Most used were the beautiful infinity pool and patio area. "We stayed here from Dec 29-Jan. 4 because we had a friend getting married 25 minutes away in Ocho Rios. The owner and property manager were both VERY responsive when we reached out with questions about the property. We had quite a bit of rain and clouds, so needed to use their back up system for hot water as the solar panels can't compete with cloud cover. The absolute best part of our stay was Chef Chris! We loved how quiet and peaceful the location is and felt very safe at all times. The kids loved the pool, slide and trampoline along with the fabulous snorkeling.
