The Villa is situated on top of a green hill with a lovely view over Lake Bolsena and the valleys and surrounding hills of Tuscia, in Tuscany and Umbria, a short distance from Montefiascone town. The villa has been recently restored and tastefully decorated with rustic-style furniture, many are the relaxing spots of this villa , the roof terrace is ideal for breakfast or to enjoy a chilled glass of wine on warm summer evenings. On the ground floor in the large porch you can dine all together enjoying a delicious grilled meal on the BBQ. The villa lies on a ground of 11,000 m2 of fenced area with inside garden with centenarian oaks, tables and chairs in the shade of the trees. A small unpaved path downhill and a small staircase lead to the pool completely hidden from all the rest, it consists of a rectangular pool and a second round pool with jacuzzy. This property is an ideal place to stay for visiting the nearby sites of natural interest and artistic as Civita di Bagnoregio (the dying city) The thermal baths of Viterbo, Bolsena Lake and its islands, Orvieto, Bomarzo, Tarquinia, ( Etruscan necropolis). Rome, Assisi, the Terme di Saturnia, the Val d'Orcia are about an hour's drive. The villa is available for events and weddings.
