There were zero VIP options given, wine, upgrade etc. The staff member who checked us in seemed a bit out of sorts. That said the hotel is excellent in decor, location and walkability.
Great breakfast nearby at Pinecrest Diner.
PLS downstairs had great drinks and happy hour specials.

"Beds were wonderful. Breakfast was good. I would have liked more options for creamers. Both nights we were awakened by people on….something screaming Outside our windows. Many very loud cars. Probably would ask for a different room next time. Bell service was great. Desk ladies were quite rude."
