「We enjoyed our stay very much! Property was clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor deck area! Even though there are neighbors, they are not too close. The property is private and secluded and peaceful. There is not a dishwasher which was not an issue for us but we were told to load and turn on before departure which was not possible. 「Check-in was easy and they were responsive to my questions about getting heat turned on! Clean and fresh!! Kitchen appliances up to date, no dishwasher, but not a problem for me! Kitchen could use some restocking of useful items…knives for preparing food, scissors, etc. only knives were steak knives which are not good for food prep! 「The host was quick to answer questions and provide suggestions. It was very clean and most everything worked with exception of the ice delivery on the fridge and also the dryer was out of order. There was also some other fees that weren’t disclosed up front. Overall, nice quiet atmosphere. Be careful entering the gate area from the road as it is pretty rough and there are some potholes to avoid on the road once thru the gate.」

「My son and I visit Sewanee University and stayed overnight. We loved the stay. The house was cozy and comfortable. It was freezing the night we stayed or we would've enjoyed the firepit...so quiet and peaceful there. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities needed. I honestly hope my son chooses Sewanee for college so that I can take 2 day mini vacation in this tiny home community when I come to visit him. 」

「It’s a tiny house y’all. There’s “side-steppin’ around the queen size bed to get around it. But it’s comfortable. I’d say 2 adults tops. There’s no way I would be comfortable sleeping in the bunk beds or upstairs. But, for my husband and I it was just right. We enjoyed hiking to the falls.」
