「J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

「Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

「Our room looked like it had been recently decorated and updated. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was huge. The dining room has also had an overhaul. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there a couple of nights, too, and I would recommend the steak. We were skiing in the 3 Valleys, so we rented a ski locker at Chaudanne for convenience and took the bubble up each day. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come again.」

「We were skeptical of the low-contact management of this property, but the communication ahead of time was more than sufficient and everything was just as the property manager said it would be. The room was very spacious, with a large, modern bathroom and our room and the common areas were clean and well-maintained.」

「Hotel décevant vu le prix. La chambre était vieille, peinture abîmée, équipement vétuste... La cage d'escalier sentait l'urine, la propreté laisse à désirer en général. Le personnel était cependant aimable et attentif, et le petit déjeûner correct. Mais pour 200€ la nuit, on s'attendait vraiment à mieux, surtout que les photos ne reflètent pas du tout la chambre où nous avons dormi...」

「extremely over priced. email with arrival instructions with keybox code not sent, had to call. given the price per 1 night to not have linen, or basic cleaning products available is ridiculous. toilet brush holder missing. hoover handle broken. skole alarm beeping all night every 5 mins (I checked I battery low, but couldn't figure out the issue) basic mismatching cooking equipment and plates/glasses more of a standard of student accomodation. no corkscrew. the beds/bathroom themselves are...
