「I was charged at checkout for breakfast which had already been paid for at booking through Expedia. When I queried this I was told I was wrong so I paid in cash. I have since followed this up with Expedia who are unable to get a refund from the property because I don't have a credit card statement as proof. It wouldn't be so bad if the breakfast was good, it certainly wasn't worth 14 euros. I feel like I've been scammed.」

「Wow what a place ! Amazing venue very clean and the staff are so helpful. Very quirky having to take 4 elevators to your room but all part of the charm. Room was spacious, clean and had everything needed, breakfast had a great selection with hot croissants. Definitely recommend」

「A simple, clean place in the upper village on the hillside, about 2 km from Aosta. You’ll need to drive or take a bus to get there unless you’re traveling light and don’t mind a bit of hiking. My room was nice overall, but the wall socket wasn’t working properly, so I had to keep holding the kettle plug in place for several minutes to boil water. The bathtub plug was also missing, so the bath couldn’t be used.」

「I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is full of personality, with cute illustrations scattered everywhere—from the lobby to the rooms—which made the stay so unique and delightful. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. The location is simply fantastic, just a short walk to both the historic town center and the bus station/terminal. Whenever I visit Aosta again, I will definitely want to stay here. Highly recommended!」

「Location , views Staff」

「Personale gentilissimo, pulizia e colazione super!」
