"Great property, lovely and clean and a very helpful and kind host. Thank You Herr Saxer for the extra support. We really enjoyed our stay and our skiing in Klosters. The house is well maintained as you would expect. The bedrooms are on split level 2 in the main apartment and one downstairs. We will be back as it’s great"

N.26 claimed to have sent email with check-in instructions prior but I have not been able to locate said email. Plus if there was an issue they could have rang! very poor- take your money and run. They cancelled the booking on the day of our arrival meaning to ensure we would get no refund. Absolute fraudsters"

The children were able to play around the house because no cars could drive in the immediate vicinity due to the winter conditions.There was also the opportunity to go sledding right in front of the house. "From the moment I got off the train with my shuttle pickup to my drop off back at the station, I was treated like family. I loved the welcome check-in with Prosecco, the sky bar with fantastic views and fabulous food, and the comfortable room. The hotel is next to the bus station for exploring around St. Moritz and a close walk down to the lake. I took advantage of the wonderful spa and relaxing massage, and my soaking tub each night. I’m glad I stayed 2 nights here for the peace. Thanks to the staff for looking after me so well!"
