"The hotel is located in a wonderful location. The view of the pristine lawns and the lake from the room is very relaxing & serene. The service is typical Oberoi - top class! The staff are very friendly and polite. In short, I we are coming back again soon. "

Also, facility are good but not maintain well like changing room at pool are not good, no lights, no proper locks...etc....staff response towards service is very slow or ignored...specially for Indian customers other part picture will change if you are forgine tourist. "Very bad location if you are coming for travelling. While booking free breakfast was mentioned but not provided. Only 1 complimentary water bottle for 1 day provided for 3 people. Super deluxe room was given while we booked superior deluxe. no balcony in that room. Only 1 towel was provided for 3 people that too for only 1 day not for 3 days stay. Only monsoon palace is near otherwise all attractions are very far. Very noisy as its location is on the road. Conclusively at this price it’s not worth at all."
