「Location is fabulous right on lake. The entire staff was wonderful. Warm, friendly, helpful. Restaurant was good. We had a balcony over looking the lake. The room was large with many small touches. Huge shower. Windows that opened to lake with built in benches to just enjoy. We could have stayed there all day. We will be back!」

「Tucked just off old Main Street not easy to find and harder to stop taxi or Tuk Tuk near. Close to the main attractions. Set over 4 floors plus roof with views of old city, note no lift. Has some old character. Rooms a good size with bathroom attached are comfortable but a bit tired. WiFi only on ground floor and it’s not great. Can be noisy at night but it’s from nearby bars and Unfortunately you will hear everywhere in old town at night. Overall a good stay.」

「The behaviour of the employees are outstanding. Rooms are spacious, clean, quality of food is excellant. Overall excellant stay.」

「The service was not exceptional here. The staff took care of minute details. The rooms were clean and renovated. The only drawback was that there was no power backup here in case of loss if electricity which can happen sometimes otherwise everything was fantastic and the service compensated for that.」

「The location of this hotel is amazing. All the touristy spots are within walking range. The hotel has beautiful view of Pichola lake. The breakfast on the rooftop was cherry on the cake. They serve amazing breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Aman who took really good care of us. 」

「ホテルそのものが芸術的で美しかったです。マハラジャのお医者さんが住んでいた建物をホテルにしたとのことでした。 スタッフもとても親切でフレンドリー、かつプロフェッショナルな対応をしていただきました。 窓がない部屋だったので全体的に暗めで、換気扇が効かないため、シャワーを使った後の湿気が部屋中に広がり対処に苦慮しました。 窓があるお部屋は明るくて素敵でした。」

「Room was not available and owner still accepted the booking. He did not even cancel the booking on asking. We faced too much difficulty finding another option to stay as it was too late. Terrible thing was when we asked expedia for refund even they supported that hotel made up story.」
