l was overbooked by this hotel. They transfered us to another hotel with no cost for us. If next hotel was good one, I was satisfied.... after that, I claimed value of hotel. They just said ' We kindly transfered you by our cost'. I hate this type of selfish attitude. They were paid by Experia, they cannot say "we have no responsibility in this overbooking, I think.

First room they gave us a key to was dirty with beds unmade and trash in the room. Second room was better, but bathroom was filthy- hair in the sink and tub with dirty door (dirty handprints on inside and outside of door) and the fridge hadn’t been cleaned in probably 3 months or better. Had it not been 10:30 at night we would have likely gone elsewhere. Have a good experiences with Baymont Suites in the past but very disappointed this time.
