It seemed like this was the first time they'd ever hosted an event. We drove in from Cincinnati to Indianapolis for the Morgan Wallen show, and it seemed like the City had never hosted an event. It took us an hour to go 1/10th of a mile. Couldnt Valet. When we got to the room we turned the temperature down, it didn't do a thing. When we got back from the show, figuring that time would solve the issue, it had not, it was sweltering in there. When they sent an engineer up at about 1:00 AM, he said he would fix it, I even tipped him. He could not. They offered to move us to a new room, but again, it was 1:00 AM in the morning. They comped us snacks at the coffee shop, that was it. When we returned from the show we saw that the line for the elevators was very deep, so we opted to take the stairs, to the 9th floor.

Nice spot, comfy beds, great location, attentive staff.

We had an amazing time and was so happy with how close the hotel was to where we were going! Definitely want to come back here and be able to not have to run so much

Property is clean, it has everything u need pool, gym and a tiny store for ur needs. The breakfast is good specially the potatoes. The hotel is near restaurants and a cvs pharmacy if u need anything. The hotel is well staffed and everyone is willing to help. I must say tho Jordan was amazing she helped us get into our room as soon as she could. She was amazing for that we had just gotten off a red eye flight.
