We loved our stay here. It is a beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location to explore Monopoli. The beach area is right across the street and many great amenities in the area. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and lounge area. And breakfast was perfect. We will stay here again!

Perfect beach location

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for beach lovers, as it's right across the street from the beach. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay.

The pool was shallow and had a dark ring around the rim. No elevator. AC was faint at best. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

Hotel had no electric when we arrived and receptionist had no idea when it would be on, No elevator, had dipping pool in room and smell of chemicals from pool forced us to not stay the second night. No refund offered when I explained of chemical smell, offered a different room but had already been turned off of property and overall condition was final straw, rooftop pool and dining area was poorly executed and made property feel very unkept WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY FOR PRICE AND MISLEADING PICTURES OF PROPERTY

Gamlebyen i Monopoli anbefales. Play del Mar var et et meget godt valg. Kun 5 rom, med kort veg til strand og azurblått hav. Stranden var liten, men mulig å finne plass i sanden eller på klippene. Svømmebassenget var baee 40cm dypt, men deilig etter en kveld i den sjarmerende gamlebyen. Air condition fungerte for rundt 30 grader, men burde nok oppgraderes. Betjeningen vr hyggelig og serviceinnstilt. Frokosten var variert og god. Kommer nok tilbake

Generell gutes Hotel, welches einige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt ist. Positiv anzumerken sind die Zimmer, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und das Frühstück. Fotos der Webseite sind eher großzügig Fotografiert, da zwischen dem Hotel und dem Meer eine Straße liegt. Darüber hinaus befindet sich das Hotel umzingelt von eher ungepflegten Hochhäusern, welche einen Blick auf den Roof Top Pool haben. Den größten Minuspunkt gibt es aber für den Check-Out. Unser Flug ging erst abends und daher wollten wir oben noch den Pool für 2-3 Stunden nach dem Check-Out nutzen. Ich reise jetzt seit über 20 Jahren und das war bislang in allen Hotels kein Problem. Hier hingegen kostet nach dem Check Out die Stunde 20 Euro 15 Euro für das duschen in einer Abstellkammer 5 Euro für die Koffer. Gegen eine kleine Gebühr ist ja nichts anzumerken, jedoch sind hier die Preise höher als auf Ibiza und Mykonos..evtl. Will man hier seine Göste so schnell wie möglich loswerden. Wir waren eine Woche da und daher auch keine Tagestouristen. Der Hotel-Manager ging nie ans Telefon und antwortete auch auf keine Fragen per WhatsApp, obwohl er online war. Also lieber ein anderes günstigeres Hotel mit besserer Lage buchen.

Evitate questa struttura. Pessima. Vasca non funzionante con odori sgradevoli (a dir poco) e perdite in tutto il bagno ; ci è stato proposto non un cambio di camera ma bensì l'utilizzo di un bagno di servizio! Proprietario totalmente assente.

Monopoli sul mare

La struttura e'perfetta per un viaggio tra relax e cultura. A 50 metri dal mare e 10 minuti dal centro storico di Monopoli, offre inoltre una terrazza con una vasca idromassaggio e una piscina al'aperto, piccola ma sufficiente a raffreddare la calura estiva. La colazione, non ricchissima per la verita, viene servita in terrazza o volendo in camera senza sovrapprezzo. La camera e' molto curata, fornita di ciabatte da camera, accappatoio, teli spiaggia ( che possono essere utilizzati anche fuori dall'albergo), canali sky. Unici due punti deboli il parcheggio, perche' si devono utilizzare spiazzi pubblici ( ce ne sono a pagamento e liberi) ma a seconda dell'ora potrebbe essere difficile trovarne uno e la mancanza dell'igiena intima, mancanza ancor piu' evidente considerando che sono a disposizione il pettine, lo spazzolino con dentifricio ed il vanity set. Il personale e' molto cortese e disponibile. Buono il wifi

Pros : Close to the old town and several charming coves; a well-appointed roof terrace; spacious rooms; a satisfying breakfast; lots of hangers in the closet Cons : most annoyingly, there was no heat in May when nightime temperatures were 8 – 9 deg C; the noise of the water pump, which would noisily start up and then wind down everytime anyone, anywhere in the building ran water, flushed a toilet, etc.resonated in the room; despite having abundant space there were no drawers and no shelves so anything that couldn’t go on a hanger had to stay in the suitcase or be piled on a bench or table; there was no exhaust vent in the bathroom so the humidity was pervasive and enduring (there was a large, bathroom window but with temps in the low teens opening the window made for an uncomfortably cool bathroom); there was no safe.

Boutique b&b near beach

We felt the b&b had been done to a high standard and everything was very clean and modern. Our room was decorated very tastefully but was very small and cramped and there was no space in the hotel to sit and read if the weather was not good to sit outside. There was a small balcony overlooking a block of flats and an unfinished part of the building which was not a pleasant view and we had no chairs to sit out. The girl on reception and in the kitchen were very polite and helpful but the food at breakfast was really poor having to share a croissant and one egg between 2 as well as one mini sachet of butter. I was a bit disappointed by the hotel given the reviews but it is well placed to visit Monopoli and the surrounding area.

Stay here!

We loved this bed and breakfast and wished we could have stayed longer. The deluxe suite was gorgeous and the pool in the room a treat. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is a great beach across the road and it's only a 10 minute walk to the old town. Breakfast was comprehensive with great views! Would stay here again.
