"The AC in the room worked well. The staff did not know if eggs for breakfast had dairy. There was no single vegetable for breakfast. There were no herbal tea options, only black and green. Cherish at the front desk was so nice. She welcomed us in with a smile so happy and was so kind. Beds were so soft and jumpy. They were very uncomfortable. The sink was located outside of the bathroom which was very disturbing and woke up everyone everytime it was turned on. Not very convenient. "

"Room was clean, staff friendly and breakfast as advertised. We enjoyed our stay for sure. It’s also conveniently located to the Charleston sites. It was very crowded with guests for breakfast and difficult to navigate so might suggest a different layout. "

"Room was clean and a good size. There was no working vent fan in the bathroom and only 2 small drawers for storage. Breakfast was good but what really stood out was the evening mini buffet and the 3 drinks per Guest both also complimentary. Pool was great for kids and exercise room was better than average."
