Discover this beautiful 45m2 apartment, located in Menton, less than 3 minutes' walk from the sea.
Modern and beautifully decorated, this a comfortable property, perfect for a pleasant stay on the French Riviera, with your partner or with your friends.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a nice living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom (shower) with separate toilet.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and quiet (the windows overlook a courtyard). Please note the absence of a lift to access the accommodation located on the second floor.
