Very good holidays too short!

The house and location is fantastic, pools excellent and overall stay good. Very close to the beach and nice restaurants, shops etc. I would definitely improve the kitchen utensils and the lower cupboards.

Wonderful place, wonderful staff and best of all walking distance to one worlds greatest restaurant

We had a wonderful week at the house in Diani Beach. Marula Park was just right for the week, the unit was well furnished, the staff was pleasant, responsive and very very polite. Our daily walk to the beach through the Alibaba Bar was quite pleasing and relaxing. Great job! Keep it up!

Fantastic place and very good value for the money. Beautiful garden, great pool, chef Mohammed made fantastic dinners. The masai who guarded the place was very friendly and kind. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay all of us.

Beautiful villa in a very peaceful setting

We stayed at Villa Cheetah for 6 nights with our family (three teenagers and two parents). This place is amazing! 1) Hosts - The hosts are awesome. Great communication and just excellent people. They were actually staying at one of the other two houses on the property while we were there and it was nice to get to know them some. 2) Location - A 5 minute walk to Diani Beach near Forty Thieves. The beach can be hot with a lot of vendors. Stepping through the very secure gates into the property is very relaxing. There are grocery stores very near where food can be purchased for the (included) cook to prepare. 3) Facilities - The property is very secure. An electric fence, 24/7 Maasai watchmen, etc. The pools are perfect. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. The villa itself is comfortable and clean. Screens on the windows and AC provided. 4) Staff - The cooks, gardeners, and security are all awesome. The only small complaint is that the wifi is true to form poor, but I think all wifi is terrible in Africa. We would stay there again in a minute! Thanks to the Alexakis family.

we've been here for the third time and it was great as usual. We enjoyed the nice property with well maintained garden and pools. The cook made sure we had nice personal made breakfast and dinner every day. Our favorite beach bar is just the neighbor.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances au parc Marula ou tout été parfait : la maison, le magnifique jardin, la piscine, l'intimité de chacun malgré la présence d'autres vacanciers, la mer ã 2 mn à pied... Mais notre coup de coeur va au personnel, qui grâce à eux, ã leur serieux, leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité nous ont permis de passer des vacances de rêve. Alors un grand merci à Lucie pour ses succulents plats, ã Marie pour avoir entretenue parfaitement notre location, ã Ali pour ses splendides bouquets de fleurs et à Paul pour avoir veiller sur nous avec tant de gentillesse, sans oublier bien entendu les autres personnes que nous avons moins côtoyées mais qui ont aussi participé au bon déroulement de notre sejour. Again a wonderful holiday

We have been there the second time and enjoyed the stay again. The houses and facilities are great. The staff is very friendly and is making a good job. The property is located very well. Only 4 stars because of the very very bad WiFi and a rusted fridge in the kitchen.

Erholsame Ferien gern wieder

Wir haben dort ein sehr gepflegtes Objekt vorgefunden .Die Lage war optimal alles vor der Haustür bzw.gut zu Fuß erreichbar . Das Personal sehr liebenswürdig und stets bemüht jegliche Pannen zu beheben .Die Küchenuntensilien müßten allerdings mal erneuert werden teilweise unansehnlich lädt nicht zum benutzen ein . Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Objekt weiterempfehlen wenn die Zeit es erlaubt kommen wir gern wieder ,Scöne Grüße an alle die dort so emsig tätig sind .

Harald aus Stuttgart Nach turbulentem Abflug bzw. Anfahrt die so völlig anders ablief als geplant (Hakuna Matata) war das eintreffen in der Anlage ein positives Erlebniss! Tolle Einrichtung der Villa, super Betten in der vom Gärtner hervorragend gestalteten Anlage und ein stets sauberer Pool! Die Reinigung und der Wäschewechsel, absolut unproblematisch und die Köchin..... war auch einem verwöhnten schwäbischen Gaumen gewachsen! Sogar Fisch habe ich gegessen was nicht selbstverständlich ist bei mir! Schöne gepflegte Anlage

Schöner gepflegte und liebevoll gestalteter Garten mit sauberen Pool's und schönen afrikanischen Häuser'n.Die Lage des Objektes sehr praktisch ,man kann wirklich alles gut zu Fuß bewältigen das ist Klasse. Die Villa Cheetah war sehr angenehm und typisch afrikanisch eingerichtet so das es sehr gemütlich war .Die Küchenuntensilien sollten einmal optimiert und erneuert werden damit sie auch brauchbar und wieder ansehnlicher sind .(Kaffeemaschine ,scharfe Messer und kleine Kochtöpfe mt Griff ).Ansonsten war es schon sehr angenehm und schön .

Urlaub im Paradis

Es war eine tolle Zeit in unserer Villa Cheetah. Eine Anlage vom Feinsten, wunderbare und gut gepflegte Meerwasser- Pools (2), üppige Vegetation, ein immer emsiger Gärtner, ein freundlicher für die Sicherheit sorgender Massai, naja und unsere Lucy die uns immer ein schmackhaftes und gesundes Essen kochte. Auch Evelyne, unser Hausmädchen darf nicht vergessen werden. Ihr verdanken wir täglich frische Blumen und immer ein sauberes Haus. Die 4 Tage vor unserer Safari (übrigens DM- Tours...ist die absolute Spitze) und die 10 Tage danach waren Entspannung pur. Wir haben uns wie im Paradis gefühlt. Verschiedene Dinge(Küchengeräte) muß man eben nehmen wie sie sind..es ist eben Afrika aber dafür ist Afrika wunderbar. Sicherheit wird in der kleinen Anlage groß geschrieben, tagsüber ist Daniel der Massai da und nachts der Sicherheitsdienst. Jederzeit wieder !!!

Schöne Tage im Paradies

Wir hatten ein wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Cheetah! Sie steht in einem traumhaften, tropischen Garten, der jeden Tag von einem Gärtner gepflegt wird. Außerdem gibt es zwei Pools, einen großen und einen etwas kleineren für Kinder. Auch diese wurden jeden Tag vom Gärtner gereinigt. Unsere Köchin Celestine hat uns bestens bekocht, so dass wir nur einige Male zum Essen ausgingen, meist in die ca. 150m entfernte Strandbar "40 Thieves". Besonders lecker waren die Pancakes zum Frühstück und ihre "Samosas". Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt, hinter der Beachbar. Die Anlage wird 24h bewacht und auch der Weg zur Strandbar ist Nachts bewacht. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich ebenfalls in 5-10 Min. Entfernung zu Fuß. Der Strand ist sehr schön und bei Ebbe kann man mit einem Boot einen Ausflug zum Riff machen und schnorcheln, aber leider wird man sehr oft von den Beach Boys belagert. Das Haus ist mit Holzmöbeln schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Besonders die Abende auf der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Nur die Ausstattung der Küche sollte einmal erneuert/ergänzt (scharfe Messer, Toaster) werden. Zum duschen steht nur Salzwasser zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und wenn wir noch einmal am Diani Beach Urlaub machen, würden wir die Villa Cheetah auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

Vi assicuro che in tanti anni che andiamo in kenya abbiamo visto, controllato da vicino, vissuto in molte case ma torniamo ormai da anni qui. Il personale é gentile, alcuni molto simpatici altri un po meno ma sicuramente molto attenti al vostro benessere. La casa é arredata confortevolmente, pulita e non manca assolutamente nulla ; non possiamo definirla certamente lussuosa..ma chi cerca una sistemazione lussuosa secondo i canoni europei in una vacanza in Africa ? L'unica pecca ...che non tocca da vicino l'ospite, è l'attrezzatura da cucina ..mentre c'é un abbondanza di piatti e bicchieri , le pentole sono un disastro ! Ma sono sicura che la proprietaria con l'attenzione che pone alle sue case porrá rimedio. La casa si trova in un complesso di tre ville che condividono la piscina. Certo se sono tutte e tre occupate contemporaneamente potrebbe diventare un tantino sovraffollato ma resta comunque una soluzione eccellente confrontata con l'affollamento dei grandi alberghi . Bilder im Inserat entsprechen der Realität. Schöne Räumlichkeiten. Sehr nettes, bemühtes Personal, gute Sauberkeit. Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien (wir haben auch selber gekocht) verbesserungsbedürftig. Küchenschränke tw. auch reperaturbedürftig. Durch das Salzwasser (als Leitungswasser) starke Ablagerungen an den Hähnen, die mal entfernt werden müssten. Klima im Haus sehr angenehm. Köchin kochte sehr gut - es wäre schön gewesen, wenn sie aktiv eigen Vorschläge für Gerichte unterbreitet hätte. Pool mit wenig Chlor, gepflegt und immer sauber.Eine schöne Unterkunft für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Kenia. Beachboys am Strand sind nachhaltig aufdringlich, so dass man schon unhöflich sein muss, um seine Ruhe zu haben. Sehr schön sind das Sands at Nomad (am Strand) und das Cave Restaurant Ali Barbours für ein gepflegtes Essen, beides fussläufig erreichbar. Safari mit D.M. Tours (von der Vermieterin empfohlen) serh gut organisiert und durchgeführt. Transfer vom und zum Flughafen (bei der Vermieterin dazugebucht) klappte super.

Marula Park Birgit Alexakis Villa African Dream

Eine traumhafte, gepflegte Anlage mit Swimmingpool, Grillhütte, Massage-Häuschen, Köchin und Putzfrau, die auch die Wäsche macht und für Ordnung sorgt. Ein Gärtner, der jeden Tag für eine gepflegte Anlage zuständig ist. 2 Massai bewachen das Tor und die Anlage. Außerdem ist ringsum durch einen Elektro-Zaun für optimale Sicherheit gesorgt. Ein absolutes Muß ist der Weg zum Meer ( ca. 200 m) mit seinem kilometerlangen, schneeweißen Sandstrand. Der Ocean ist sehr schön warm und sauber. Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen können jederzeit gebucht werden. Unbedingt empfehlenswert ist eine Safari mit gebuchtem Fahrer nach Tsavo oder in die Massai-Mara. Sehr gute und interessante Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, wie z. B. das "Cave-Restaurant Vierzig Räuber" (nur 200 m entfernt. Hervorragend und unvergesslich. Auch ein Ausflug ins Schnitzerdorf in der Nähe von Mombasa ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ein Urlaub, von dem man lange zehren kann und immer in schöner Erinnerung bleibt.

Batterien wieder voll aufgetankt

Erholsame, warme, sonnige mit etwas Regen, spezielle, interessante, andere Kultur, andere Hautfarbe - Ferien in der Villa Cheetah verbracht. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage, super sauberes Wasser und grosszügiger Pool, Mitarbeiter der Anlage alle Englisch sprechend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und jeder in seinem Fach ausgezeichnet. Toller Urlaub

Da wir bereits vor 15 Jahren mit dem "Kenia-Virus" befallen wurden, wollten wir dieses Mal nicht wieder in ein Hotel, sondern in eine Ferienvilla. Nun müssen wir für uns feststellen, dass der Urlaub in der Villa Cheetah im Marula-Park unsere bisherigen Hotelaufenthalte um Längen geschlagen hat. Wir waren in der heissesten Jahreszeit hier und haben das Klima super vertragen. Erfrischung gabs im 33°C "kalten" Pool oder im 32°C "kalten" Meer. Das Personal gab einen ständig das Gefühl der Rundumzufriedenheit. Man fühlte sich wie Gott in Frankreich, nur dass Frankreich nicht so schön ist. Die Abholung vom Flughafen war reibungslos. Das Haus und das ganze Objekt waren immer sauber. Musste mal die Wäsche gewaschen werden war das gar kein Problem. Die Wächter spürte man garnicht. Der Koch war besser als der Koch im Ali Barbour, fand ich. Er hatte innerhalb kürzester Zeit unsere Vorlieben mitbekommen und sein gezaubertes Essen hat jedesmal super geschmeckt. Hatte man keine Lust selbst einkaufen zu gehen, hat man den Koch geschickt. Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufscenter, Bank, Safari-Shops waren alle einen kurzen Fußmarsch entfernt. Das Meer und eine Tauchschule waren direkte Nachbarn. Also kurzum hatten wir das "Rundum-Solglos-Paket". Wenn man etwas wollte, aber nicht wusste wie man es bekam war das Personal immer behilflich. So haben wir günstig einige Souveniere gekauft und uns mehrfach für umgerechnet ca. 5,50 Euro ca. 1 Stunde von Alice (im Wunderland) massieren lassen. Bezüglich diverser Ausflüge kam Jane von der Hausverwaltung zu uns und hat uns beraten. Unsere Safarie in die Masai Mara war ebenfalls ein tolles Highlight. Da wir nicht genug Bargeld dabei hatten konnten wir die Safarie auch per Online-Überweisung bezahlen (Diani Vital Tours). Fazit: Wenn das stressreiche Deutschland nicht so laut gerufen hätte, hätten wir gern noch den Urlaub verlängert. Zu guterletzt können wir sagen, dass dies bisher unser schönster Urlaub war (und wir hatten schon einige in der ganzen Welt) und möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Birgit und ihrem Mann als Vermieter bedanken.

Urlaub wie er sein soll!

Sehr angenehmes, freundliches Personal in einer sehr gemütlichen Umgebung! Häuser und Pool sind einfach super. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfekt erholt

Es hat alles gepasst. Das Essen war exzellent, die Angestellten sehr freundlich, die Villa traumhaft und mit allem, was man braucht. Für uns absolut überflüssig: Der Fernseher. Wir haben uns rundum einfach nur wohl gefühlt, danke.

Paradies pur

Wir genossen sieben herrliche Wochen im Marula-Park , in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage mit sehr netter, kompetenter Betreuung. " Unsere" Betty verwöhnte uns mit leckerem Essen, während " Jacklin" sich um das Haus und um die Wäsche kümmerte. Der Gärtner Kassim und die beiden Askaris( Wächter), waren sehr freundlich,und trugen zum Wohlbefinden bei.Auch der Pool wurde jeden Tag gesäubert.! Abends gingen wir zum "Forty Thieves,"einerStrandbar, zum Sundowner,gerade mal 200m entfernt.Morgens lud der schöne, weisse Sandstrand zum Joggen ein.Sehr empfehlenswert auch für Taucher und Schnorchler. Direkt neben der Bar kann man einen Tauchausflug beim " Diani-Marine"buchen.Wir können den " Marula-Park" mit gutem Gewissen jedem empfehlen!

Einfach nur super !!!!!

Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, top sauber und gepflegt. Falls 'mal der Strom ausfällt (kann in Kenia vorkommen) wird sofort der Generator eingeschaltet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden ständig gewechselt. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Schrittte entfernt. Ausserdem liegt die Villa sehr zentral in Diani Beach. Zum Supermarkt sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, der Koch kocht nach Ihren Wünschen. Alles in allem : Nur zu empfehlen !
