Troppo sporco il locale aria condizionata non funziona

Our stay was a little disappointing. The exterior of the property needs maintenance, with a deteriorated facade and overgrown areas. Upon arrival, there were strong unpleasant odors on the lower level, and seeing piles of bed linens in common areas was not a good first impression. The room itself was acceptable. The sheets were clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The best part of our stay was definitely the breakfast area: it was pleasant and clean, the bathroom was very well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, the property has potential, but it needs more attention and maintenance, especially in the exterior and common areas. With some improvements, the guest experience could be much better.

駐車場は利便性が良かった

毎月最終日曜日に運河沿いで蚤の市がありたまたま期間が重なったので行きました。ホテルからすぐ近くで充実していました！周辺にレストランも沢山あり、M2地下鉄駅も近いので中心部へも行きやすく便利なホテルです。

Nel complesso il mio giudizio è soddisfacente: per aver trascorso soltanto poche ora tra il sabato notte sulla domenica mattina -- tra l'altro con successiva mia richiesta di "late check out" -- ho trovato la struttura nella sua interezza, così come il personale che vi lavora, alla portata e in linea con le descrizioni presenti sul sito. Unica difficoltà legata alla non facilità di rendersi conto di esser arrivati propriamente all'indirizzo comunicato, è data dalla totale assenza di insegne esterne che indicano la presenza dell'hotel al secondo piano del piccolo centro commerciale Famila Superstore; questo aspetto va considerato e senz'altro andrà migliorato dalla proprietà della struttura! Per il resto null'altro da segnalare.
