A clean professional hotel. The down side is that it is very expensive and whilst the staff are very professional, they could not be described as warm and friendly. But maybe that could be said for New York service generally.

The Regency is Mei Hom away from home. What can I say? It is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world. I never go wrong when I’m at the Regency. The staff knows you on a first name basis your room is ready. Your favorite cocktail is probably waiting for you at the bar at breakfast. They know what you’re having for breakfast. The staff is impeccable. The people are impeccable. Nothing wrong about this hotel. I love this place.
