"Our Lady Host was AMAZING - she spoke great English, was very classy and paid attention to every detail. MOST OF ALL she simply wanted to ensure we had an amazing stay and enjoyed Salzburg. You will NOT find better communication or service anywhere else in Europe. We will return to Salzburg and will ONLY stay at Townhouse Weisses Krenz!!!"

"Modern room in an historic building. The location was perfect—a short walk to the market area, the Cathedral, the Fortress, Mirabell Gardens. Many restaurants nearby. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and the staff was very helpful!"

"The hotel is centrally located within a short walk to many sites in New town as well as those in Old Town. Our room was comfortable in an old world style. Great breakfast every day with nice hot coffee! Very accommodating staff as well."

"Nice, comfortable, tidy room. Reasonable hours for staffing. Excellent breakfast that consisted of breads, cheeses, sliced meats, fruit, scrambled eggs, and various toppings like honeys and jams; though breakfast does cost extra. Sometimes it’s much cheaper when booked on Hotels.com than with the hotel or in person (€15 per breakfast, but I think we only paid $2 per day with Hotels.com). Bus stops right outside that takes you downtown, and the bus to the airport is about 100 yards away. Would stay again!"

Being able to make coffee in the morning in my room was very nice and having a washer Shane and(free soap included) was an extra bonus"
"The location is convenient. It is about 20-24 minutes from the old town and 10 minutes from Mirabell Palace. It is also a short drive to the airport. "
"We stayed in several different hotels this trip, and this one was perhaps our favorite for service and comfort. Staff was extremely helpful, and it was very useful to use the parking garage even after check-out. And the bed was fantastic!"
