Great Stay

Clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay. Loved the private beach and pools so close to our place. Beautiful sunsets! We were warned of bears and water main work going on. Luckily neither affected us. We would stay again!

Convenient Location

Centrally located, construction on grounds caused inconveniences, furniture in living room and kitchen were worn and uncomfortable. Walls were paper thin, we could hear the occupants in the adjacent unit.

Overall nice property, great location ! However pictures online does not match furniture in the unit. Washer and dryer is out of service September, there was a note on a dryer dated 9/6/23 stating that dryer is out of work….

The house was very clean, but house keeping didn't leave wash clothes or hand towels, had to request them and there wasn't an ironing board in the unit. Also the washer and dryer were not working so had to use laundry facility on the property Lakeland Village. The staff was very friendly and Max was very kind and helpful.

The overall stay was pleasant. The unit was very hot … air conditioning wasn’t the best. The washer and dryer were inadequate … the washer had a very bad odor and the dryer barely worked. Towel holders in the bsthroomd would be helpful!

Check-in / check-out process was very easy. Location and ammenities were great. No wifi code was provided at check-in. Handle on dryer door was missing. This made it impossible to use the dryer. Only four place settings of silverware even though the unit sleeps six. All were minor things for us but should be addressed in the future.

Great location

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 kids for a couple nights and we had a great time! The location is great. It’s close to everything and we loved the private beach and access to the pools and hot tub. Both bedrooms are on the first floor along with both bathrooms. The main floor is the living room, kitchen and dining room. There’s a set of stairs in the living room that go up to the loft where there’s a queen size bed. The beds were not very comfortable unfortunately. I did appreciate how fast Vacasa responded when I messaged them a couple times: Once regarding a nearby fire I was concerned about and the second time regarding the code to access the pool. Overall, I think this condo complex is great for families.

Nice location and space

We really enjoyed this location. We had a few questions about the rental and double checked the reviews after we checked in-and can verify that all previous the reviews are legit. The good and the bad. Biggest pros and cons for us were: Pros- easy parking, central location, private beach, plenty of sq ft. Cons- STRICT guest policy and maximum occupancy laws (&rules), cheap and dated beds and linens, property management and rental management aren’t the same company making any need you have one more step.

This was the perfect place for our family stay in Lake Tahoe. The home was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed being close to the strip, but also having the calmness of the private beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Beware of a living bat in the house.

There was a living bat in the house which showed up the first night of our stay, it kept flying in the living room and loft areas, we checked out of the property after the first night. Vacasa staff downplayed the issue by saying bats are safer than mosquitoes and that all their property in Lake Tahoe might have a bat. Apart from bats, the furnitures are very dusty, bedding wasn’t fresh, it smells of sweat and found many strands of hair. If you want to rent this property, make sure if the bat has been let out of the property.

Nice Ski/Lake Condo

Great little spot for our trip - was well furnished, features 2 bathrooms and showers, very central location, good parking, and easy to access. The only downside was the complex the condo is in is very busy and full of families and the photos make the place look just a little nicer than it actually is (feels like your classic ski cabin). Overall a great stay but would have probably opted for somewhere a bit more secluded.
