Nice hotel with potential BUT the sink leaks and the elevator doesnt feel safe and hallway smells weird. Staff was nice and friendly as always.
The hotel smelled horrible the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a few weeks stains on the bed covers and last but certainly not least the lady that checked us in was rude and nasty as if she didn’t want to be bothered I have no photos I kept telling myself just one night you will be cursing tomorrow one last thing we checked in on a Friday the 15th that Saturday we checked out that staff member was really pleasant

The housekeeper is the best here
The room wasnt that bad i must say only issues we had was the sink was broke and leaked under the bottom and the shower curtain was mildew on the bottom. But the housekeeper was the best hate i didnt get her name but she made sure any needs we had was met. She checked on us daily making sure we had all we needed. Held small talk when she was able and spoke to us every day we was there making us feel very welcomed 😍😍 we will be returning again just to have her service once more thank you so much ms. Housekeeper got to get your name but you are most definitely the best ever by far 😊
First thing you see when pulling up is prostitutes and crackheads. Some staff are nice others are whatever. Elevator is in need of TLC. Stairwell is humid and smells like feet. Vending machines are empty and no breakfast.
Now for the bad parts:
• Trash cans only cleaned once in a week long stay
• Bed sheets never cleaned/fixed
• Shower has one setting, hot.
• Only got new towels once in a week
• 3 nights in a row keycard for room didn’t work and had to go to lobby desk several times to get it fixed
• Floors were sticky
• Air condition falling apart
• Bed frame sounds like lightning striking when laying down
• The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in
• Dog across the hall barking
• Hallways were dirty and hot/humid
• Gross stains on the floor
• Too much money for the quality
Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else
I was looking at this property and never checked in and they charged me, because Expedia claimed the check in because I never finished with the reservation! And when they realized it they called them to try and get my money back!
My room smelt like mold , the window was taped shut , air filters in conditioning were dirty. Bathtub hadn’t been washed.
Sheets had burn holes , cigarettes behind the bed.
