GUEST ACCESS
You have private access to this brand new home. Base price is for 6 people (Bedroom 1, 2 and 3). If any additional bedrooms or beds are needed/used, you agree when booking that they will be charged as per below.
1-6 guests = 3 Bedrooms - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds
7-8 guests = 4 bedrooms - beds above and 1 queen bed
9 guests = 4 bedrooms - beds above and 1 single bunk bed
10 guests = 4 bedrooms - beds above and 1 single bunk bed
11-12 guests = as above and 1 double bunk bed
13 guests = as above and 1 single bunk bed
14 guests = as above and 1 single bunk bed
15 guests = as above and 1 single bunk bed
16 guests = as above and 1 floor mattress suitable for a child.
If you require more beds please book for that number of guests eg. 4 people need 4 seperate beds/rooms book for 7 people (prices shown when selected correct number of people/beds, $65 per person per night when needing more beds).
Infants are charged, please select any other age when booking to show correct/full price to avoid being charged extra. ($65 per infant per night). Cot and white noise machine located in Bedroom 2, charges apply.

Pets are not allowed to visit or stay, booking will be canceled without a refund if a pet is at the home.

4 night minimum stay - Easter, Melbourne Cup and New Years

You do not have access to a laundry or garage, these and two other rooms in the home will be locked.


HOUSE RULES
– Access only to beds paid for (view Guest Access)
– All adult guest photo ID needs to be sent to us
– 3 night minimum - Special events and long weekends
– 4 night minimum stay - Easter, Melbourne Cup and New Years
– Leave it in the condition you arrived and follow checkout instructions to avoid cleaning charges
– Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from us
– Infants are charged, please select them when booking to show correct/full price to avoid being charged extra
– Booking will be canceled with no refund and loss of security deposit if guests are smoking at the home, bring pets or extra guests not booked
– A security deposit of $1,000 is due 7 days prior to arrival, collected by direct deposit. This is refunded 7 days from checkout if House Rules and Guest Access have been followed and the home is left as you arrived.
