Clearly DoubleTree has been updating and remodeling. Everything seems fresh, clean and new. Unfortunately, the drain in the shower was clogged. It was disappointing the exercise/gym facilities were closed for remodeling. I would’ve expected a reduction in the booking charges especially since it is advertised as an amenity.

Love this hotel. Great location right on the river. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint this time was there was hair in the shower on the floor which is a personal deal for me, it I made my husband shower first.

This was the first time I stayed at a hotel where I felt at home. The serenity of the river behind the property and the view of the mountains were all you needed to feel relaxed and away from city life. I am sorry the hotel is about a 5-hour flight away from where I live; otherwise, I would have visited them more often.
