"liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around "

"Le propriétaire a annulé la réservation alors que nous étions à 10 mn de chez lui. Cette réservation était confirmée par Abritel et nous avions envoyé deux messages sans réponse. Nous avons été informés de cette annulation par Abritel, sans même un mot d’excuse du propriétaire. Il était 18h30 et il nous a fallu trouver d’urgence une autre solution d’hébergement. Je ne recommande pas cette location."

"In Bezug auf Lage, Zustand und Ausstattung des Hauses war alles genauso, wie im Inserat beschrieben und wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Es standen auch jede Menge Handtücher, Tischdecken, Bettzeug, Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsmittel bis hin zu einem Erste-Hilfe-Set zur Verfügung...perfekt. (Nur schade, dass kein persönlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieter-Familie zustande kam...lediglich per WhatsApp, auch bei der Anreise). Leider jedoch liegt Plakias/Sellia in einer der windstärksten Zonen von ganz...
