  • Brand NEW listing with sweeping views of the Gulf and only steps to private beach entrance with full beach service included. (There are always 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for you!)

    Beach Resort is a small 64-unit complex located directly across the street from the Gulf and uniquely includes access to our resort-style pools, hot tub, grills, and is within convenient walking distance to several popular restaurants. Rent a golf cart or some e-bikes and cruise this beautiful stretch of Miramar Beach. Enjoy spectacular views of our sugar sand and emerald water from your own private balcony! Within walking distance to Captain Dave’s, Pompano Joe’s, Kenny D’s, & Sandos Beachside.

    For convenience, we also include access to our private garage parking spot as part of this rental. This provides easy access to the elevators to get up to your unit.

We could not have been happier with this condo! It was very clean, organized and decorated very well. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. The size of the resort was perfect with only 64 units, so it was never crowded or noisy. And the pool area was amazing! We have vacationed in this area for many, many years and have stayed at many different places and never the same place twice BUT after staying here we won’t be staying anywhere else when we come back. 10/10 - definitely recommend!
