We offer a King bedroom, Twin hall bunks, a Queen sleeper sofa, and an upstairs loft area with two Twin beds & a Queen bed. Enjoy the spacious courtyard around our community pool (heated seasonally), multiple grilling areas, and even EV charging. Beaching it is a breeze with a gated access right across the street, just a short walk away. We can’t wait to host you at SeaCove!



The Space:

SeaCove is a perfect location for those seeking some rest & relaxation but also FUN! Just a short walk across the courtyard, to the entrance of our gated community & across Scenic 98...you're at the beach! We have a gated access exclusive for our guests, making it as easy as can be to get your toes in the sand.

First Floor

Our front patio offers a private laundry room & entrance by stairs.



The kitchen area has an open concept to the living room for enjoying your meals and time together. Our kitchen, dining area, and patio overlook the pool and courtyard. We've stocked this kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, crockpot, blender, and a traditional coffee maker & Keurig! Just bring along your favorite coffee & cream to enjoy sipping a cup of Joe watching the sunrise each morning. If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items. We have an easy to use high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes for our tiny travelers as well!



You’ll find the washer and dryer conveniently located on the back patio.



SeaCove has 1 designated parking space. Please only park between the white lines in the spot marked "9F". We can't stress enough how important it will be to plan your vehicle arrangement prior to arrival, as public parking is a hot commodity & very rare to find off site.



Guest Access:

• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.

• Please note this unit is in a shared building, not a standalone home.

• Community amenities, such as the pool and other shared spaces, are available for all guests and residents to enjoy.



The Neighborhood:

Perfectly situated in Miramar Beach, you’ll be surrounded by great dining and shopping! Stroll to Bad Ass Coffee for your morning pick-me-up, or walk less than a mile to catch the sunset at Pompano Joe’s Seafood House, one of Destin’s most beloved beachfront restaurants. Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets are just a short drive away when you’re ready for some retail therapy.



Getting Around:

• During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!



• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 21.6 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) 43.5 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) 59.6 miles



Other Things to Note:

• Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. We are unable to offer early check ins or late check outs in advance. To help ensure the home is fully ready for your stay, early parking and luggage drop-offs aren’t permitted.

• This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

• Age Requirements: You must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.

• Seacove's beach is private for the guests in the Seacove subdivision. The beach has a coded gate that enables other Seacove residents to access the beach. However, the beach is not open to the public.

• Sorry, no pets are allowed at the condo. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
