Welcome to your dream beach getaway at Mainsail unit 141 in beautiful Miramar Beach—completely renovated in 2025 for a fresh, modern, and comfortable stay. Located on the 4th floor of the building closest to the water, this front-end corner unit features the most desirable floor plan in the complex, with sweeping, unobstructed views of the Gulf from the wrap-around balcony. You’ll feel like the beach is your backyard—because it is. On top of that, complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella is provided from March 1 - October 31st! Every space in this condo has been reimagined to bring a high-end feel and comfort you'll be coming back for!

The condo comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests with a spacious Primary Suite featuring a King bed, and a guest bedroom with two custom bunk beds (one Twin-over-Queen and one Twin-over-Twin). The open-concept living and dining area is bright and inviting, offering breathtaking views of the coastline and direct access to the balcony, where you can watch your family play on the sand below. The Primary Bedroom offers amazing beach views, a remarkable ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the outside balcony to soak up the sounds and the sites of our amazing beaches!

Once you leave the condo you're just moments from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. If you prefer poolside relaxation, the main pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub are just an elevator ride away, along with a grilling area, shuffleboard, and a fitness center.

Mainsail offers covered parking, 24-hour gated security with courtesy patrol, and a location that puts you right across from Silver Sands Premium Outlets and within easy reach of Destin and 30A. Whether you’re cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or walking to one of the nearby restaurants, convenience is built into every part of your stay.

I can't say enough about this unit! It's as beautiful as you see in the pictures! My husband and I have stayed in a lot of condos over the years, but this one is by far the nicest, and most importantly, the cleanest we've ever experienced! The view from the balcony was perfect! We did prepare some meals in the unit and anything you might possibly need to cook with is the kitchen waiting for you! If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with all the amenities, this is the place for you! We would definitely rent this unit again!

This was the best condo we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve had many vacas over the years. The ocean view from literally everyplace in the condo was awesome. Very clean, modern look but yet cozy. Having beach chairs and umbrella Inc helped with less packing. Would def come back her again.

Property was wonderful. Walk right out to beach. Open balcony to enjoy the roar of the waves or admire the calm. Sunsets were spectacular. Having a chair and umbrella set up on the beach was priceless. There was nothing for us to do but enjoy all the sites and sounds. The pool was clean if you wanted something different from the ocean. Beach was fantastic, clean, and walking was easy. I can't wait to go back again and again. There are lots of things to do in the area and fun places to visit and see.

The location is directly facing the beach with an amazing balcony and large windows at every room. It’s modern, comfortable, cozy, quiet and inviting! The decor is perfect and great for a retreat or longer stay! The unit was fully functional and equipped to get up and going on day one.

Beach Beauty

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here when we celebrated our anniversary. The condo is clean and kitchen is very well stocked. The view of the gulf is amazing from every room. We could not ask for a better unit and can’t wait to come back! Greg is a very nice host and a pleasure to work with.

Great location. Great condo. Master bedroom would not cool off even after leaving the curtains closed all day We bought a box fan and left it there for the next guests. Elevator closest to the unit was out of service all week. Which is not the fault of the owner but just an inconvenience. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Perfect beach location

Views galore! This was our second stay at this property, and both times were amazing. Even if you’re not down on the beach, you still get to experience the ocean from the whole condo, inside and outside. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony and our days at the beach. Having two beach chairs provided with the condo was so convenient. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook and beds were comfy. Greg was very responsive when we needed to contact him. If you’re wanting a condo right in the water, this is your place.

Paradise level views

We often stay at Mainsail and this was our first with a full front balcony unit. The views were amazing from just about anywhere in the unit. Plenty of seating inside and out on the balcony. Nice, clean room. Close to elevator and steps from boardwalk. Plenty of cookware and plates. Good pillows. My only recommendation would be to add more cereal/ice cream bowls, dish towels, bath towels and washcloths. We did have to wash towels daily. In unit washer and dryer makes that easier and I prefer not to need to waah daily. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location within the property was fabulous.

The unit was great. The beach service with the complimentary umbrella & chairs was not great. Did not have a good view of the ocean. The front row was for owners of condos. We were stuck on second row & was not able to get to the water because front row umbrellas touching one another when opened. The renter should be able to get the owner of condos chairs & umbrella. The view was great from unit & balcony.

Great location and easy access to facilities. Well stocked for cooking and plenty of space to stretch out. No adjustment on tennis nets for proper pickleball height but a small thing in the overall scheme!

Perfect Location

We loved our stay! The location of the condo, both in Destin and in the condo complex itself, were amazing. The views are fantastic and we often commented about how this condo is the best in the complex unit due to those very views. Greg’s incredibly fast response to anything we reached out about were wonderful and left us feeling very well taken care of. If we find ourselves back in Destin, this condo will be our first choice!

Comfy and Perfect Location

My wife and I have been staying in the unit below this one for years, but someone beat us to booking this time. We found Greg’s unit and it might be our new favorite. Plenty of pots and pans; comfortable living and bedroom furniture; truly one of the best views you can find.

My sister and I brought our 94 year old mother on vacation! It was an extremely lovely place to stay. The view from every room was outstanding as was the condo itself. Room with a view!

This property is all about the view and location! We enjoyed our week and were thankful for beautiful weather and crystal clear water! Pay attention to flags posted on beach regarding surf conditions. Red flags mean no swimming. Condo has the basics; and as with most properties if you have never rented a condo, you have to provide your own supplies beyond a sample size shampoo, dish detergent, and soap. Agent was easy to work with. Unit is near Winn Dixie, Chick fil a and outlet malls. Took a while to figure out the lights. Will need deep cleaning during "off" season. Chairs/umbrella were included from rental on beach; however front row seats are reserved for owners. Will need to be on beach early, daily, for first come/first serve seating behind owners chairs. Wouldn't be an issue in off season I assume. Overall the unit was everything we needed and would stay again!
