It's time to treat yourself and choose a unit that's made the upgrades you want and the views you deserve. Unit 304 has tile floors, granite counters, an updated kitchen, renovated shower, relaxing beach decor, and so much more.

This third floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs and one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

Well decorated with great view.

The condo had been recently remodeled and looked great. We stayed on the third floor and could hear the people above at times. Super easy to get to the beach and the pool. Would stay there again.

Small condo complex which was great. One elevator and two sets of stairs. No waiting for elevator! Great location. The beach was wonderful. Beach chairs and umbrella included! Nice pool. Condo kitchen well equipped. Clean. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect in every way

Beautiful condo, recently renovated. We loved it, including the view, access to beach, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed for my troublesome back, good water pressure in the shower and a generous supply of starter paper goods, and cleansers. We hope to return next year.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Windancer The complex is small but inviting, close to shopping and many dining options. The unit is well stocked for all your cooking needs. The beach and pool are steps away with beach service being a nice touch. I would suggest investing in a new mattress though. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would suggest Windancer to all.

Very clean, living room, kitchen, and bedroom large spaces with enough room to move around with family of 4 comfortably. The bathrooms are very small, barely enough room to turn around in. The dryer did not work well so towels had to be hung out to dry. It was 106 degrees while we were there and the air conditioner is automatically programmed by owners without being able to adjust it. It was a little warmer than I prefer at times. Overall a good place. However will not be back with two teen girls and the bathroom situation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a perfect location. The ocean is so close that you can hear the waves from the porch! Having beach service set up the chairs and umbrella everyday was wonderful! The furnishings are very comfortable (the mattress was soft, but we are used to a hard mattress at home). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch. If you plan to use the Keurig, be aware that it is an older machine and will not accept the refillable pods. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that the management company is going to address. I would recommend replacing the porch furniture as it is dirty and showing its age. The management company communicated very well from the start of the booking process of the condo, while we were there, and after we left. If the maintenance issues are addressed, I would definitely reserve this condo again and for a longer period of time!
