This beautifully appointed 3-bedroom cottage, is designed to accommodate your family’s needs, making it the perfect choice for reunions with kids and grandparents alike.

As you enter, you’ll be greeted by an open-concept living space filled with natural light. The cozy living area invites you to unwind after a day of sun and surf, while the well-equipped kitchen allows you to whip up family meals with ease. The screened porch extends the living space outdoors, creating a peaceful oasis where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening conversations, all while listening to the gentle sounds of the fountain just outside your door.

The unique spiral staircase, adorned with charming palm tree accents, leads you to the third bedroom. The two main bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, ensuring everyone has a restful night’s sleep.

Just a short stroll takes you to the sugar-white sands of Hidden Dunes Beach Access, where you can build sandcastles, splash in the waves, or simply relax under the warm Florida sun. After a day of beach fun, return to your cottage for a family game night or a movie marathon, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
At Cottage 175, you’ll find the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm, making it an ideal setting for your family’s next getaway.

Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

2 CAR MAXIMUM IN JUNE AND JULY. NO VISITOR GUEST PARKING AVAILABLE.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Crazy Crew

Family very much enjoyed our stay! The walk to the beach from our unit was ok, but a challenge for our younger kids. The property it very nice and enjoyed the amenities (hated the big pool was close our last three days). Enjoyed the proximity to many good restaurants and shopping locations.
