Wonderful trip for me and my kiddos!

This was the first time staying at the Crescent -I took a little mom getaway with just me and my three children - we thoroughly enjoyed it!! I felt super safe also since it is a gated parking area, etc. This really was the best unit and so homey/cozy - we will be back!

Great Vacation at a Great Place!

Nice property, great location

Great family spring break location. Although the week we were there it was packed with a high school group that took over the pool area, played loud music well into the night and weren't respectful towards other families staying at the condo.

Good To Go!

Grounds and pool were exceptional. Room was great. Some minor disrepair in the home - leaky faucets, leading to low water pressure in MBR Shower and tub. Staff were engaged and very mindful of security. Highly recommend staying.

The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows, too. The unit is closer to the beach than it looked like in pictures, so that was a plus. And the gate for beach access was super close the unit. Overall, it couldn’t have been any better. We would definitely return!

Beach Days

This condo has great proximity to the beach and good views from the balcony. The only two things that disappointed us were that the second bedroom was not attached to the second bathroom and the second bedroom did not have a closet.

End of Summer Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided this year to go to the beach to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Destin / Miramar Beach is one of our favorite vacation spots. It was a last minute decision so I wasn’t sure I could book a condo, The Crescent is our favorite place to stay. It took a while but I found a unit that was available, right size, location and price so I booked it. This is the first time we used Blue Swell leasing service. Everything went well, no problems.

Beautiful condo with the best views!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Crescent 202 was a beautiful, well kept condo. It was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. The balcony provided the best views of the coastline and tropical pool area. The kids enjoyed the heated pool as well as the hot tub. I do like that wristbands are required for entry from the beach side as well as the pool. Smart TVs were a plus! I was able to keep in contact with Blue Swell through text which made things a lot easier!

Great Family Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and an all around great experience. The balcony is far closer to the beach than the pictures reflect, very nice view, morning coffee was a delight. Also, great view over the pool. One of the niceties we observed was the location; just off of 98, and close to a grocery store, pharmacy, fast food and sit down dining, shopping center...all within 3 mins or closer. Location is wonderful and should be highlighted. We will definitely consider this unit/location for our next stay! One suggestion, an ironing board would be appreciated.

Disspointed that I rented a two bedroom, but received a one bedroom unit with a bunk room which had no emergency egress in the event of an emergency. In my opinion, this is clearly misrepresentation. My child had to sleep in the family room on the sofa without privacy since there was no emergency escape in this advertised "bedroom".

Nice location

The unique balcony allows for comfort and some privacy tucked away from the wind. The unit was in good shape, clean and came as described. The master bed was comfortable but the decor was outdated. Overall for the right price we would satay here again.The mgmt company running the place was more helpful that Blue Swell, who only rents a few units in this building. I was happy with 1 Blue Swell rep who actually knew the correct info and actually answered questions. All others provided wrong info, danced around questions or were not helpful.

Rest and recovery

The unit was pretty but over crowded with stuff. It was in need of a good cleaning and PLEASE GET RID OF THE FILTHY THROW RUGS OR REPLACE THEM. The listing stated it is a 2 bedroom but the second room is really a big closet with bunks. Washer was a pain to use and needs to be replaced before it floods the unit and the neighbors. We haven't been to the beach in decades but even with the issues we enjoyed it. It's a small complex which makes it feel more like being at home. Most of the folks we met have been coming for many years. The staff here are Extremely nice, helpful and friendly. The issues in this unit are an easy fix. The staff of Blue Swell are also very helpful and friendly.

Disappointing

Upon arrival, we quickly discovered that though this is advertised as a 2 bedroom, the second "bedroom" consists of a room with exactly enough room for a full size bed -- no closet, no storage and no room to change clothes. We were traveling with 2 teenage girls and they had to put their suitcases in the hall and change clothes in the bathroom. This was inconvenient to say the least. The second bathroom is also located down the hall and across from the front door, which has a glass pane next to it. Though the condo looks like the photos, the size is much smaller than it appears. The patio is not very large and because it faces west without much cover, it is unusable 11am until the sun sets unless you want to sit in direct sunlight. The kitchen was well stocked, however, much smaller than it appeared in pictures. This condo was more expensive than others I've stayed in while visiting this area of Florida and it was definitely not worth the extra cost and I don't believe this listing should be for a 2 bedroom. Very disappointing.
