Salty Bull at Ariel Dunes is one of the nicest complete remodels we have, and is the best one we have seen at Ariel Dunes. Views Views Views from this completely remodeled 21st floor condo! See for miles out into the Gulf of Mexico and down the beach all the way to Destin from the 21st story. This professionally remodeled condo was intended to be the owner's private beach residence, not a rental, and it shows.

The master bedroom includes a premium king-sized mattress with dresser and nightstands, large flat screen TV, and closet. This room includes a completely remodeled en suite bathroom with walk in shower and double vanity. The view from the bedroom is stunning as you look out over the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is also a sliding glass door to access the oversized balcony from the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and twin bed as well as its own flat screen TV and access to the shared newly remodeled second bathroom.

From the shiplap on the walls, to the new tile flooring and designer furniture the living and dining room are meant to be cozy, comfortable and inviting. The living room features a large sectional giving great seating and views to the large flat screen TV or out through the balcony doors to the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A floor to ceiling sliding glass door opens from the living room to the oversized patio complete with comfy seating to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while you take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The completely remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, updated quartz countertops, farmhouse style sink and same designer style as the living and dining area. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, and cookware for optimum convenience.

Ariel Dunes is a non-smoking building. This includes the balconies. There is a designated smoking area downstairs, but smoking is not allowed in hallways, stairwell, balcony or unit. The association has cameras in the common areas and fine $100 per incident.
Ariel Dunes is a 24 story tower that has two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains with large deck areas, comfortable pool side furniture and plush landscaping. As an added benefit, one of the pools is heated in the spring. The zero entry level pool with the “Mushroom Fountain” makes a great splash zone for the little ones.

PARKING:
Seascape Resort charges a parking fee of $10 per vehicle per stay shorter than 45 days. Included in the reservation is 1 parking pass. If you need a different amount of parking passes please let us know immediately, so we can adjust the charge accordingly. We will mail out the amount of paid parking passes once the final payment has been made.
