Property just as pictured. Could have been cleaner. Pool side loungers very stained and dirty. Bring your own towels they were very dingy and they offered no wash clothes (luckily brought my own). No ice machine on property must get it from bar, if open. There is also only one mirror inside the room and it is in the bathroom, which is not full length. Also no safe for valuables.

had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont! The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived—staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering great comfort throughout my stay. The hotel grounds were stunning, with amazing amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the pool area and the dining options on site. Everything exceeded my expectations—definitely looking forward to returning!

The Poshtel was very comfortable and overall very clean. The room info took a little longer to receive after payment which was a little inconvenient because there’s no lobby to the Poshtel so I was waiting on the street until i urgently asked for the info that should have been provided. The room was clean but there was issues with the towels they just didn’t smell or feel clean . Overall for the affordable price point the room was a life saver for my trip in Puerto Rico. If I return to the island I will be sure to book again just bring my own towels
