"Absolutely horrible hotel experience. The room we originally got was dirty, and still had glue-on lashes from the previous guests sitting on our table beside the dirty coffee pot. The floors were filthy and not vacuumed - so I went and asked for a clean room. The next room they gave us was even worse. It had a horrible chemical smell, which I tried to ignore and thought maybe they cleaned this room really well and that’s why it smelled. NOPE. The bathroom floor was so sticky, my husband wiped it...

"Excellent hotel, great breakfast, convenient location. Only problem was check in. Reserved King bed. But housekeeping had forgotten to clean room, so we were assigned a room with two Queen beds. It wasn’t until we had partially unpacked that we realized they were Double beds. They offered another King room but we didn’t want to repackage to move."

"Very good overall. My one quibble is that it seemed that the carpeting in our room had been freshly cleaned and was still damp. So kudos for cleanliness but a demerit for making us walk on a damp floor."

"The staff were very helpful. The sheets were very stained, and need to be replaced; same with the pool towels. The waterslide is fun, however, no pool attendants and made for unsafe/un managed slide exits."
