"Hotel was in a really bad condition, I went back to front desk 3 times before they gave me right key to my room. "The room and hallways had a nasty odor. Staff was made aware as soon as I opened door so I would not be considered the cause of Oder. No remedy to correct was offered. I went out and bought Lysol disinfectant spray myself. I had also relatives booking at the same time and had same experience."
