Our wedding party stayed here the night before our wedding. Was perfect for hosting a small rehearsal dinner and getting ready the next morning! We had a great time staying here!

Beautiful Home

I stayed here with a few friends who were visiting from out of town and we all loved our stay here! The home is beautiful and clean, and in a nice quite neighborhood. The host is super nice and very responsive the messages. I would love to stay here again!

Great/Clean House in Quiet Area

This was our first time staying at a Vrbo rental so was a little nervous & apprehensive about it but am happy to say I was very happy with the Chelsea Blue House. Every thing was very clean - especially the bathrooms. Lots of space to spread out & in a very quiet neighborhood which we love. We would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful, clean and just plain awesome

This is our 2nd time staying here and will again if we need to be back in the area. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well stocked. There is a beautiful fire pit and a comfy sunroom. Just a lovely property exactly where we needed it for being near the veterinarian school. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Thanks for another great stay.

Great Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

Excellent home in a quiet neighborhood. Property exactly as described on VRBO and perfect for our visit to the area. The home was exceptionally clean and cozy. Plenty of room and great amenities. We loved this sweet little home near the fairgrounds. It was a perfect distance to where we needed to go. The owner communicated well and allowed us an early check-in. Very comfortable for all of us! It was the PERFECT location to stay if you are coming into town for the Minnesota State Fair!

Adult review: Highly recommend! The home is spacious, has comfortable beds, fun games to play, a well stocked kitchen, clean, and is in a great location! The hosts were responsive and we would definitely stay here again! Teen review (4 girls): The ping pong table is totally fire! The layout was perfect for us to have our "apartment" of sorts downstairs. So many games and other things provided.

Darling

Darling little property that comfortably fits 2 couples. The futon is best suited for a small child, but we made do. The snacks and waters were a great addition. Host was very responsive.

Cozy with Character

We had a small quiet gathering here for my friend’s bachelorette. It was the perfect place for a fun night to watch bridal movies, eat snacks and chat. The place was very well updated and decorated and had a lot of character and charm. The owners were also accommodating of the non-shedding service dog one of our guests had to bring for medical reasons. Plenty of parking on the street. Great location with lots of restaurants/activities nearby to enjoy! Would visit this home again.

Charming property!

Fantastic property in a quiet neighborhood. It’s clear they’ve done and are doing a lot to improve the property. They just finished the screened in porch, which was a nice surprise when we arrived and weren’t expecting. Upstairs master is very large. They also fully stocked the pantry and fridge (for charge).

Girls getaway

Check in went well with great host communication. Furniture in the home is worn. Bathroom rugs are dirty and couch fabric is worn. The exterior door did not lock and when we notified the host they stated it wasn’t set to lock. All of the windows were unlocked and a few were left open when we arrived. With temps low 30s you can imagine how cold it was in the home after the first night. The rainfall shower head in the basement was the talk of the weekend. It was fabulous. Location was amazing as we could run/ walk to trails easily. A few other hiccups occurred while in the home, host was notified and fixed right away. The home still had alot of new purchase stickers, shipping packaging on cabinets, decor still in purchase packaging. Floor was extremely creaky. A few others in our party appreciated the soap and soda pops in the fridge. Property would be a great long term rental as well. Thanks for having us.

It was perfect in close proximity to the rest of the family for visiting. It was very comfortable, clean, and convenient.! thank youThe one thing I would change would be adding some railings to the outside steps for people with minor disabilities.
