1- I asked for help with my luggages and say said sorry we don't have somebody to help.
2- the room was opened on the room next door and I disappointed when somebody opened the door between us and got into my room. It's not a 4 Stars hotel.

The Millennium Hotel is connected via the Skyway to the Mpls Convention Center. Very convenient when questionable weather.

Just cut through while walking the Skyway. Plenty of rest rooms around, and the staff there were very polite and helpful with directions.
