A mi me encanto. Me gusto mucho la area, el staff, y fue comodo.

Good stay, felt safe, good location, spacious apartment, comfortable bed, internet, good for personal or business trip and clean space. Felt private. Easy pick up from uber. Recommendations: Bring earbuds- it’s noisy

Room was ok but not really for my wife and me . No pool as advertised. No hotel restaurant. We had booked and paid for 4 nights , but only stayed one night. This hotel was just not up to our vacation standards

It’s a decent hotel.

The room was very clean, however housekeeping wasn’t always consistent. Forgot to replace the nepresso caps sometimes and drinking classes. The check in staff and concierge very excellent. I prefer to stay in the Palacio part of the hotel the restaurant there is very pretty. The rooms are spacious great tub bidet and showers. The only complaint was one night we sat at the bar for 20 min and were not even acknowledged nor ask what drinks we like. We left to Four Season which was a short walk
