"I loved the free washing machine and detergent in my room. My clothes dried nicely overnight. Staff was friendly, though could not help call a taxi. Metro stop is quite close, and there are lots of fun eating places nearby. The only 2 downsides are that the wi-fi connection was not very good, and the hotel is really hard to find. "It was tricky to find the entrance, as other reviewers have mentioned - for reference it is on Lujiali across from the Suwu office building - but the apartments were conveniently located, clean and very comfortable. "The room is very clean and spotless,. The housekeeper cleans room and changes the sheets every day. Front desk staff and the manager are very friendly. they offer help anytime I ask. I like the breakfast buffet.There is a lot of variety food that is very fresh. There is the staff who cooks on side as well . The location of the hotel is perfect. I can access public transportation at short walking distance. I can find a lot of different restaurants, shopping center at a few minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay. Silly."
