「Appears to be a former chain ala Motel 8 or 6. Older building near restaurants, bars, golf.
It was clean, very quiet and easy to get to my intended destination that night. My only complaint was the shower pressure was very low. Water was nice and but the pressure was poor. Good value and very friendly staff. I would stay again. 」
「We had a good stay at this location and we went around the area and went to places. Restaurants and bars and a McDonald's is in walking distance. Pool is a salt water pool and clean. Breakfast was good for being free with the usual stuff like scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon, oatmeal, fruit, cereals etc. Would stay here again no problems at all.」
「The house is beautiful and well maintained. It is a fun opportunity to imagine life in one of these beautiful old homes from the 19th century. A wonderful breakfast was served Saturday and Sunday. Simon was great. Friendly and full of tips and ideas to help make the most of our time in Dubuque. We stayed in Florence’s room, which had great views of the city, and the bed in the turret with curved windows all around. We would highly recommend staying here.

「Nick was excellent. We had some problems with an air conditioner in one room and moved us right away. Some how missed placed my wallet and he was kind enough to let me in the other room. Helped me looked for it not once but twice. Finally found it. He did an excellent job in customer service. 」
