「The property is an historic hotel. The lobby area is beautiful, old fashioned architecture. We did find the parking lot crowded, and the street level check in area was not clearly marked.」
「Hotel is undergoing a complete remodel. The room was like new. Very clean and comfortable. Lobby area has been remodeled and nice. When they are done it will be a nice hotel.」

Our room was nice and clean and was surprised by the walk-in shower! Breakfast had lots of options and even some healthy versions. We have family in Galena but will definitely stay here again」

「My teen daughters and I like to visit Dubuque a couple times of year for the change of scenery from the quad cities. We started back when they loved the waterpark- now we just go To shop and enjoy a meal. This inn provides everything we need including a small indoor pool to entertain us and keep us overnight. 」
「Clean and tidy. Very cozy and romantic. Just a bit stuffy with a strong moldy smell at the beginning from lack of airing it out hours prior but eventually your nostrils get used to it or the fan finally circulates the air around.
Besides that minor detail, I LOVED IT!! 」
