"Cozy house, everything was in great condition & very clean. Beds were comfy with extra soft sheets. Night lights in bedrooms. Nice hot shower, soft towels. Plenty of rugs & cozy living room furniture for relaxing in the evenings. Covered parking. Older neighborhood but friendly neighbors & just about as close as you can get to Rocker B. Washer & drier worked well! Interaction via text with owner very pleasant. No cleaning fee! Would recommend & do plan to stay again when returning for baseball! "

"Loved the rental. Perfect location for my son's Rocker B tournament, literally 1 mile from the rental to parking at Rocker B. Excellent communication from Chris. The welcome basket of snacks was super thoughtful. The cabinbwas clean and well appointed. Enjoyed fishing in the pond right outside the front door. Close to the lake, only a 10 minute drive. Couldn't ask for a better experience. "

"Our family loved this cozy lake house! It’s warm and inviting from the moment you walk in, with everything looking brand new. The light wood interior and stunning lake views from the living room, dining area, and patio make it truly special. The neighborhood was very quiet and calm.The open floor plan was perfect for spending time together. I could prepare meals while watching TV, chatting with my family, and enjoying the lake view. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances; I was able to cook several meals with ease (just note to bring measuring cups and spoons). There are card and board games probided to encourage screen free family fun!Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. We had a great night sllep!My husband and sons enjoyed fishing from the dock early in the mornings, though it does get hot later in the day. The steps to the dock are quite steep and numerous, so guests with mobility challenges may need assistance.Overall, this is a beautiful, relaxing propert is ideal for a small family getaway with breathtaking views and great fishing! I would absolutely recommend!"

"This is a lovely property. The surrounding land is serene. Lots of shade and space to place. Would be perfect for a family reunion or group holiday. Kitchen is huge. So many beds, so plenty of sleeping space. Quiet. Definitely a rural and peaceful setting. Property manager is very communicative and went out of her way to be helpful. Kitchen has most basic cookware and utensils. Plenty of cups and bowls. If you have a big group (like more than 10?) you might want to bring some extra spoons. Also, be aware there is no ice maker, so bring ice. Two fridges/freezer though. I only wish we could spend more time here!"
