It was no battery in the smoke alarm there was mold growing on the wall by the air conditioner and the refrigerator was not plugged in so it was hot

My older daughters ages 21 and 18 checked in with my 12 year old. Check in was easy. Once they got to their room it was open. My daughter didn’t even need to use the key to enter the room. (First red flag) upon entry the sheets were dirty with food spots and burn holes along with food scattered on the curtains. My daughter goes to the front and notified the front desk of the issues. He goes to the room to look. He comes back and says there’s no other rooms available. My daughter states there’s only 3 cars in the parking lot and asked if the rooms were just not cleaned? He states again no other room to move them to. I tell them that’s a safety concern and he says “no one will enter without your permission”! As if that’s reassuring to two young ladies! I tell them we will need a refund. He processes the refund however it’s $20 less than I paid. I am now unable to reach anyone onsite to obtain a full refund. I do NOT recommend this place not just because of cleanliness issues but definitely SAFETY concerns. If you are a woman traveling ALONE do NOT go here.

Im staying here one night only because im too tired to drive any further and will never stay again. Shady people hang out in parking lot. I ask one female staff member about the riff raff and she was a little rude and clueless and claimed she knows nothing of what goes on outside. Rooms were filthy, smelled like smoke and weed when you walked down the halls. Doors slammed all night long. Pool was closed. Bedding was dirty, first room we were in didn’t have all the furniture it was supposed to have. Next room were in the fold out couch was broken and all kinds of food crumbs and trash fell out all over the place. Staff was rude and acted inconvenienced when we asked for more blankets and pillows. The bedding was two top sheets and a thin blanket. The bed skirt looked like it had dried blood all over it.

Never stay at this motel again

Well it was false advertisement we rented to room only because said inside pool and that it was open then we pay get gge room and then they tell us pool was closed exireice room was closed it advertised breakfest in the am. That was mot true and that had small store that os closed also carpets were very stained chair in room was ripped amd old furntire like it was the from they opened the place the lights didnt even covers over them ao just straight bulb it shoeed tgere was a couch in room bur was just big open area where if showed online for the cohch was i can say i will never stay there again

Not the Waldorf but a Good Value

Stayed there for a hunting trip. I have stayed there before and i have had no problems. It is an older hotel but they are in the process of rejuvenating the property and it is looking good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pricing for 1 person is great and what I saw for more was good as well.

Just a few recommendations

One of our go to places to stay. Not to expensive and good service. I would say they could spend some more time cleaning. In the rooms I would say wiping down walls and little things would make a big difference. This has been something I have said before. But also be aware the doors are way too loud when they close. We have always gotten the rooms by the exits and I can’t tell you how many times we get woken up or just won’t sleep. This does need to be fix bad! Overall we love staying here and will continue staying.

Rented a suite for a two day trip! Since when does a suite not have a chair or no place at all to sit down? No heat at first! TV never did work!

Honestly horrible

This place had damageds to doors and walls and it had stains on the curtains and holes in the sheets also the ac was and the stuff was labeled in sharpie and was wrong because i couldn’t change it!
