「Had a great weeklong stay at this house. House was clean and well stocked with advertised amenities. The location is great. Everything seems to be a 1-2 minute walk away. Shim-Mikawashima station (Kesei Line) was super convenient and only a minute away. 3 konbinis, a launderette, a great bakery (Bakeries Lab), confectionery shop and restaurants all within a 2 minute walk. The house is located in a very quiet Arakawa neighborhood that was nice to retreat to after loud, busy days in the city....

「施設は非常に良いです。清潔で広く、快適に利用できます。シャワールームとトイレが分かれていて◎。シャワーの水勢もしっかりで、こちらも◎。若干階段が急ですが、許容範囲です。 ただし、オーナーの方と基本連絡が取れにくいです。15時00分〜チェックイン、24時間前から同時刻までに入り方の連絡がメールで来るとのことでしたが無し。サポートからも連絡していていだきましたが、こちらも直ぐに連絡が取れず部屋に入ることができませんでした。結局連絡が来たのが16時16分。結果1時間16分待ちです。また、施設の清掃料金5,000円は当日施設でと書いてありましたが、受け渡し方法など一切無し。清掃に来られた方たちにお会いしましたが、そちらの方々も分からず。(この方たちに落ち度はないものと思います)　この件についてもオーナーに連絡しましたが、現時点(チェックアウトから8時間以上経過)でも反応がありません。施設が過ごしやすかっただけに、本当に勿体ないです。 それと、前回泊まったと思われる方々(外国人)の宿泊者カードがそのまはま置いてありました。個人情報なので扱いがこれだと不安です。」

「Everything is as described in the listing, although we had some communication issues at the beginning. Guests who stayed there before us have not checked out when we arrived, got very confused since the owner cannot be contacted via different channels, had to involve Vrbo support. Was told to use the bedroom on 3rd floor, which is nothing like the pictures in the listing. Got in touch with owner later on and everything got straightened out.」

「Kevin ist ein sehr netter Mensch der viel mit uns im Kontakt war und seine Hilfe angeboten hat. Er gab uns viele hilfreiche Tipps was wir in der Umgebung machen können und wies uns auf Schwierigkeiten hin. Das Haus war Klein und schmal wies aber genug Platz für alle auf. Habe gemerkt dass Ein Bad für 4 oder mehr Leute doch etwas anstrengend ist. In der Küche ist ein Gas Herd vorhanden was mich etwas abgeschreckt hat zu kochen. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und Nahe gelegen an einer zu fuß zu...

「We booked a stay for three days at this wonderful home. The host was kind enough to work with us on the checkout times due to come complicated travel issues with our flight and cruise.The home was clean and in a good neighborhood. We were in walking distance of the Ikebukuro entertainment district and the subway station. It was a great way to travel throughout Tokyo and then return to comfortable quiet lodging.We're grateful for the great air conditioning this time of year in Japan!Traveling...
