"Yes, parking was fine, everything was very clean and the breakfast was great!"

"Was supposed to be a getaway for the kids . Booked a king suite with jacuzzi in the room . 1st issue no elevator in site , the whole hall where our room was located was under ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION. Meaning while we’re trying to relax we hear drills saws workers etc. than the room was clean but dusty and the under under bed topper had a stain of dried blood . Up until this point it was still OK but after about an hour of sitting and listening to construction we smelled sewer.. and it was strong. When speaking to the night desk agent he was very accommodating like it really didn’t matter whether or not we were smelling sewer because ““ it was nothing he can do about it after speaking to my husband and several hours later we were offered either 50$ or to move to a new room . By that time we were completely spent and just took the 50$ off. When checking out the new desk agent said I had an unpaid balance of 5$ from where? He didn’t know and neither did it ."

"My stay at Holiday Inn Express, Cheektowaga was wonderfully pleasant. The staff was professional and friendly. My room was ready upon arrival, clean, roomy and comfortable. There was plenty of parking and the parking lot is safe. The breakfast was great, a variety of food from which to choose. My only disappointment was that the iron did not work in my room, which was just a little inconvenience as I just made a wardrobe adjustment."

"I was screwed upon arrival I booked my stay specifically letting Expedia and LaQuinta know my plan was landing at Buffalo Niagara International Airport at midnight I also let them know I would need to check into my room at 1:00 a.m...when I arrived I was informed I couldn't check in until 3:00 pm they offered no assistance in helping me locate a different room I flew in from Phoenix Az was stranded with my daughter and am still disputing a refund."

"No parking lot use. The breakfast was good . The biscuits were the best. Staff was awesome. Will most likely stay there again when I visit buffalo. I came on Amtrak to Depew. I didn’t realize the hotel had a shuttle bus. Would have liked if the shuttle bus could pick up from Amtrak or take guests to local places "

"I was hoping for an above average experience at the Delavan, but was a bit disappointed. The staff were very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. That said, the TV barely worked and had only local channels. It was very hard to get the remote to turn the TV on and once I did, I couldn't turn it off. I had to have someone from the staff come to do that. I enjoyed the gym but the weight selection was strange - no barbells between tens and 25s. The spa is run separately from the hotel and did not return my calls so I did not get to take advantage of that - I had been hoping to schedule a massage. In the end, I felt I would have been better off choosing a cheaper option for lodging on a simple road trip."
